James Madison Stuns No. 3 UNC Women’s Lacrosse in Double Overtime

Kristen Gaudian scored a man-down goal in the second overtime period to lift 16th-ranked James Madison to a 15-14, double-overtime win over third-ranked North Carolina on Saturday in the season opener. All-America Marie McCool led the way for the Tar Heels with four goals, one assist and eight draw controls. Ela Hazar had a goal and three assists. (GoHeels.com)
