Following UNC’s 83-66 dismantling of Notre Dame, the Tar Heels are riding a four-game win streak after navigating an exhausting three-games-in-five-days stretch. UNC is alone in fourth place in the ACC standings with four games to play and the NCAA Tournament selection committee had Williams’ squad slotted as a No. 3 seed in its early projection Sunday.
