So, what have we learned? The Tar Heels have played themselves into a top-four spot in the ACC, which would give them one of the double-byes into the quarterfinals of the tournament in Brooklyn. More importantly, they seem to have tightened up their perimeter defense, at least a little bit, and discovered some reliable scorers outside of Luke Maye and Joel Berry II.
