Head coach Butch Davis' sleeping giant should be ready to take a monster step in its quest to be a perennial contender in the ACC, but now it's time for all the young players to come through and pay off after going through growing pains last year. While the Tar Heels came up with close wins over Maryland and Duke, they also lost six games by seven points or fewer. (FOX Sports)
