As coach Matt Nagy and his staff continue to design the Bears’ new offense, they can be thankful Mitch Trubisky’s rookie season didn’t go according to plan. Instead of learning from the classroom and sideline behind Mike Glennon, the first-round quarterback started the final 12 games. Four victories, eight losses form the launching pad for improvement.
