It didn't feel like spring football. But as the rain poured and 40 degree temperatures chilled the players and coaching staff, the Tar Heels took the field Tuesday for spring football practice. Returning quarterbacks Nathan Elliott and Chazz Surratt practiced in front of a remade offensive coaching staff. New faces adjusted to playing in a North Carolina jersey as well.
