No more denying it. It was a little over a month ago that UNC coach Roy Williams had to come clean and the denials regarding denial had to stop. The aggressive halfcourt man-to-man defense Williams had run for his entire career wasn’t working for this group of Tar Heels and it was time to scrap the famed “22” defense he learned from his mentor, Dean Smith.
