Georgia Tech guard Justin Moore announces plans to transfer

Georgia Tech guard Justin Moore, a part-time starter in the 2016-17 season whose playing time was dramatically reduced this season, says he will transfer to another school. Moore announced his plans on his Twitter account on Thursday. The native of San Diego says he made the decision "after much thought and consideration with my family."
