Posted Mar 8, 2018
No. 6 seed North Carolina persevered in a poor-shooting, injury-riddled ACC Tournament quarterfinal to outlast No. 3 seed Miami, 82-65, at the Barclays Center on Thursday. UNC (24-9) closed the game on a 13-0 run and held the Hurricanes scoreless over the final 3:50. Theo Pinson took over in the second half and posted a double-double for the second game in a row.
