Theo Pinson scored 19 of his career-high 25 points after halftime. He notched his sixth double-double in his last 15 games with 11 rebounds – after having one in his first 104 games – and paired three assists with three steals. His final field goal broke Miami’s will, a length-of-the-court jaunt that ended with a two-handed slam to put UNC up 71-65 with 3:43 to play. (Inside Carolina)
