Any victory over Duke is nice, but the most important outcome is NCAA Tournament implications. This win probably locks in a two seed for the Tar Heels in the NCAA Tournament. Duke most likely now has no shot at a one seed. The victory might have secured UNC the opportunity to stay close to home and play in Charlotte for the opening rounds. (Armchair All-Americans)
