Josh Horton and Tim Federowicz hit RBI singles in the 13th inning Friday, lifting North Carolina to a 7-5 victory against Cal State Fullerton in an opening-round College World Series game at Rosenblatt Stadium. The victory moves the unseeded Tar Heels (51-13) into a winner's bracket game Sunday at 7 p.m. against ACC rival and top-seed Clemson, which rallied for an 8-4 victory earlier Friday against another ACC team, No. 8 Georgia Tech.
