Injured Cameron Johnson Would Sit Today, But Maybe Not Friday

If North Carolina played its first-round NCAA Tournament game Tuesday, Cameron Johnson would be in street clothes. Johnson was banged up during the ACC Tournament in Brooklyn, with Saturday’s spill further inflaming an increasingly bad back to the point where if the Tar Heels faced Lipscomb in their NCAA opener Tuesday, he wouldn’t be available.
