In subpoena, feds ask NC State for records on Gottfried, Smith Jr., Early

NC State on Friday released a copy of a subpoena that asks for information about people associated with the Wolfpack basketball program. NC State received the subpoena on Jan. 17 with a demand that the university provide documents related to the recruitment and enrollment of Dennis Smith Jr. and personnel files for former head coach Mark Gottfried and former assistant coach Orlando Early.
