Joel Berry Passes Michael Jordan’s Points Record With Win Over Lipscomb

Kenny Williams scored 18 points and North Carolina took its time before beating Lipscomb 84-66 Friday in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. UNC's Joel Berry II hit a milestone during the game against Lipscomb. He passed Michael Jordan's all-time scoring list for a career high of 1790 points. Theo Pinson had 15 points and flirted with a triple-double.
