How Penny Hardaway reportedly becoming Memphis’ coach impacts Kentucky recruiting
Posted Mar 20, 2018
It looks like Memphis has found a new basketball coach. Penny Hardaway will replace Tubby Smith, who the school parted ways with after two seasons. Hardaway has never coached at the college level but he is well connected in the AAU game and has coached many of the top players in the country, including the No. 1 player in the 2019 class, James Wiseman.
