P.J. Hairston scores a game-high 23 points and North Carolina defeats Villanova, 78-71, in the second round of the 2013 NCAA Tournament. It’s the 23rd straight NCAA Tournament that a Roy Williams-coached team has won a game in the tournament. The win is also the 700th of Williams’ career.
