Cincinnati’s Nick Van Exel scores 21 first-half points and the Bearcats lead North Carolina by as many as 15 in the first half. Then Derrick Phelps clamps down on Van Exel, and East Regional MVP George Lynch scores 21 and grabs 14 rebounds in a 75-68 overtime win to send Carolina to the Final Four.
