Mitch Trubisky already called a leader heading into Year 2

"What Mitch Trubisky was born with is something that not a lot of people are born with," Pro Bowl guard Kyle Long said recently, via sideline reporter Mark Grote. "When you’re around him you feel it, and it’s real. A quiet confidence and sense of calm with any situation he’s put in.” Trubisky had to earn the trust and respect of the veterans in the locker room.
