Heels ready for Tide

The Tar Heels, who outscored their opponents 43-13 in the Chapel Hill Regional, believe they've reached this point in part because of an impressive team chemistry that was missing a year ago. In 2005, the Heels won their first game of the Gainesville, Fla., Regional before quickly losing the next two. This year, Carolina pitchers and Bard have been the focus of opponents and the media all season, even getting a page-long story in a recent Sports Illustrated. (Raleigh News & Observer)
