UNC to honor late broadcasting legend Woody Durham Sunday afternoon

The family of late UNC broadcasting legend Woody Durham will hold a celebration of life event for him Sunday in Chapel Hill. Durham, the voice of the Tar heels from 1971-2011, died last month at the age of 76, The service, which is open to the public, begins at 2 p.m. at Carmichael Arena. Seating will be first-come, first-served, and doors open at 1 p.m.
