Jeff Capel to hire brother Jason Capel as assistant coach at Pitt

Jeff Capel’s first staff at Pitt will feature a face as familiar to him as any. The first-year Panthers’ coach will hire his younger brother, Jason Capel, as an assistant coach, according to a report from ESPN. Capel, according to the report, will also hire Tim O’Toole as an assistant coach. Jason Capel was head coach at Appalachian State for four seasons.
