Alle Sanford earned the deciding point to lead No. 1 North Carolina to a 7-0 victory over No. 21 Virginia on Friday at Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center. UNC, who improved to 21-2 with its fifth-straight victory, remains atop the ACC standings with a 10-1 mark. UNC visits Clemson on Sunday at 12 p.m. The match will be played at Furman University in Greenville, S.C.
