Final 2018 Rankings: Coby White is No. 23

North Carolina signee Coby White is No. 23 in the final rankings for the 2018 class. White, a 6-5 combo guard from Goldsboro, signed with UNC in November and plans to enroll in June. White is the No. 22 overall player in the composite rankings and "one of the better pure scorers in the class," 247Sports basketball recruiting analyst Brian Snow told Inside Carolina.
