UNC’s basketball recruiting class of ’06 best in nation

Led by North Carolina’s sensational six signees, the ACC boasts two of the nation’s top five recruiting classes for 2006 and three of the top 10. The Tar Heels landed three of the top 10 high school seniors in the country as rated by prepstars.com. All three are ranked as the No. 1 prospect at their position, including wing guard Wayne Ellington, point guard Tywon Lawson and power forward Brandan Wright.
