Alex Bassil, North Carolina's fourth string goalkeeper to start the season, made a career high 14 saves and stopped a shot by Notre Dame's Bryan Costabile with 10 seconds left as UNC recorded an emotional 10-9 win over 14th-ranked Notre Dame in men's lacrosse on Senior Day at Kenan Stadium Saturday (Highlights). It was the final home game for 13 Tar Heel seniors.
