Dick Baddour Explains What Makes Roy Williams Successful

Dick Baddour had made the hire and now was ready to support Roy Williams and watch him work. "There wasn't really any question in my mind that he would get it done," Baddour said on a recent episode of the Carolina Insider Podcast. "I didn't know how soon he would get it done. But nobody works, nobody works like Roy Williams works, that I have seen."
