Who's recruiting the best basketball players in 2019 class?

Michigan State has been a mainstay in Vernon Carey’s recruitment, with Tom Izzo watching him and Carey visiting East Lansing last September. Kentucky has made up some ground the last several weeks. North Carolina also conducted an in-home visit in April and Roy Williams was at his games in Indianapolis. All that said, Duke might be the favorite right now.
