Larry Fedora Talks New Kickoff Rules

Earlier this month, the NCAA Football Rules Committee approved several new rules for the upcoming season. Most notably was a change to the kickoff rules. The receiving team can now fair catch a kick inside the 25-yard line and have it result in a touchback. Larry Fedora chairs the NCAA’s Football Rules Committee and played a role in the rule changes.
