Oakland Raiders Waive Former UNC RB Elijah Hood

After acquiring one former UNC standout–wide receiver Ryan Switzer–in a recent trade, the Oakland Raiders have now let another former Tar Heel go. Running back Elijah Hood was among three players waived by the Raiders on Monday. The Charlotte native was a seventh-round draft choice by Oakland in 2017, but played in just one regular season game as a rookie.
