2019 Safety Giovanni Biggers Commits to UNC

Giovanni Biggers got strong vibes when he visited several schools, but they usually came only from the coaches and players in the football program. North Carolina was different for the safety from Baltimore (Md.) Boys' Latin because his strong feelings for the school extended well beyond athletics, and that was the impetus for his Wednesday commitment to the Tar Heels. (Inside Carolina)
