Chicago Bears quarterback Mitch Trubisky didn't get the personnel or schematic support he deserved last year, which led to a problematic rookie season. He's got the raw talent to be much better, and it's understandable why Matt Nagy is eager to get rolling with his new young quarterback and an offense that has been redefined specifically for his overarching vision.
