Matt Harvey's fresh start with the Cincinnati Reds will start with a start Friday

The Reds were vague about their plans for after trading for him. They cleared that up in a big way Thursday. Harvey will start Friday night against the Los Angeles Dodgers here. He replaced Brandon Finnegan, who will be sent to Triple-A Louisville. “He’s healthy and ready to go. We'll get him out at a certain pitch count,” Reds manager Jim Riggleman said.
