Updated Top247 2019 basketball features new order among elite recruits

It’s time to update and reorganize the Top247 for the class of 2019. The last update listed James Wiseman, Vernon Carey (North Carolina offer) and Charles Bassey as the top three recruits in the class. While two of the three stayed the same, the top of the list was shaken up a bit, with Cole Anthony moving to No. 2, Carey sliding to three and Bassey dipping to No. 5.
