UNC commit Jeremiah Francis stays put in updated recruiting rankings

Point guard is the lone commit in UNC’s 2019 recruiting class. Francis offered his verbal to the Tar Heels back in 2017. The Ohio native picked the Tar Heels over in-state school Ohio State and was ranked as a four-star recruit right away. He’s been a consensus Top 100 recruit since he appeared on the rankings and has even moved up a little. (Keeping It Heel)
