UNC, ECU, NC State football recruiting prospers in May

The Tar Heels, Pirates, and Wolfpack all made additions to their recruiting class of 2019 this month, while the Blue Devils lost a major in-state commitment. North Carolina’s newest commit is 6-1, 180-pound safety Giovanni Biggers from Baltimore, Maryland. He also entertained offers from Boston College, Duke, Indiana, Maryland, Rutgers, Temple and Virginia among others. (Fayetteville Observer)
