UNC makes big push to get Love on its team

It took 6-foot-9 Kevin Love six minutes Friday night to demonstrate why he got the full-court press from North Carolina before the Bob Gibbons Tournament of Champions. Love visited the Tar Heels unofficially Thursday. He was flattered when fans recognized him when he was walking on campus with coach Roy Williams. He met Dean Smith and talked to Atlanta Hawks rookie Marvin Williams, who told Love the year he had at North Carolina was phenomenal.
