Marquise Williams Released by Montreal Roughriders

Chris Jones is already making roster moves after Sunday night’s pre-season opener, as the Riders announced Monday they’ve released four players. Leading the list is quarterback Marquise Williams, who was vying for the No. 3 job on the depth chart along with B.J. Daniels and David Watford. Williams played the entire third quarter of a 35-12 loss to Edmonton. (CFL.ca)
