Hall of Fame head coach Roy Williams has a number of core beliefs for how basketball should be played. He wants a balanced offense, free throws, and a team that rebounds well. More often than not, he's favored a starting lineup with two traditional big men and a steady diet of passes into the post. But in 2017-18, Williams leaned heavily into the small-ball group.
