Ryan Switzer believes every child should experience the joy of sports. He has felt that since before his days as a football standout at George Washington High School, the University of North Carolina, the Dallas Cowboys and now the Oakland Raiders. He wants children, both with and without special needs to feel that joy. And he wants them to feel that joy together. (Charleston Gazette-Mail)
