NC State baseball heads to elimination bracket after losing regional opener to Army, 5-1

NC State had one of the country's best offenses all season, but it was nowhere to be found Friday in Raleigh as the Wolfpack dropped their regional opener 5-1 to Army. The top-seeded Wolfpack lost four of five entering NCAA Tournament play, and those struggles continued against the Black Knights. The Raleigh Regional hosts now find themselves in the elimination bracket.
