The Carolina Panthers’ two-year deal with veteran safety Da'Norris Searcy largely went unnoticed on a national scale. But through the early part of the Panthers offseason and three weeks into OTAs, head coach Ron Rivera said it’s already clear the difference Searcy - a player with multiple years of starting experience between the Bills and Titans - is making.
