Matthew Hurt Discusses Recruiting, U.S. U18 Experience

The U.S. 18U team was coached by Bill Self, who is the head coach at Kansas. Matthew Hurt, one of the top players in the class of 2019, is still undecided about his college future, but he enjoyed playing for Self in the tournament. But does that put Kansas at top of Hurt’s college list? “No, that’s not true,” Hurt said. “I think every coach has the same chance right now.”
