32. Anthony Ratliff-Williams (North Carolina) is one of college football’s best all-around receivers. The North Carolina native was the top performer on offense for the Tar Heels last season. Ratliff-Williams caught 34 passes for 895 yards and two scores, averaging a massive 26.3 yards a catch. He also added two touchdown passes and scored twice on kickoff returns.
