Six Tar Heels Named To U.S. Field Hockey World Cup Team

Six Tar Heels have been named to the U.S. squad for the upcoming Hockey Women's World Cup, set for July 21-Aug. 5 in London. The current and former North Carolina players make up a third of the 18-member team. Selected for the U.S. team were two members of the 2018 UNC team, rising senior Ashley Hoffman and incoming freshman Erin Matson.
