Williams receives rookie honor

Marvin Williams had his summer study and workout regimen interrupted Thursday by a spot of good news. The Hawks rookie was named to the NBA's All-Rookie second team, following teammates Josh Childress and Josh Smith who received those accolades following their first seasons. Williams, who will spend the bulk of his offseason back on campus at North Carolina for the summer, was thrilled to learn he had been honored for his hard work during a trying first season in the league that saw him struggle early.
