Miami Heat guard Wayne Ellington is shooting up the charts in NBA free agency. With just about all the big names off the board since Sunday's start of the negotiating process, and with players allowed to formally sign agreements as soon as Friday, when the NBA's annual personnel moratorium comes to a close, Ellington, 30, finds himself among the options still available.
