Wendell Moore Leads Updated 2019 N.C. Basketball Recruit Rankings

Big Shots and Phenom Hoop Report have updated their 2019 N.C. basketball recruit rankings and concluded that the best player in the 2019 class is Concord Cox Mill wing Wendell Moore. Moore's finalists include Duke, UNC, N.C. State, South Carolina, and Wake Forest. Moore is currently playing for USA Basketball's U17 national team in the FIBA World Championships.
