Heels Land Punter C.J. Feagles

North Carolina received a football commitment from C.J. Feagles last week. The 5-foot-11, 180-pound punter from Ridgewood, N.J., is the son of New York Giants punter Jeff Feagles. The Tar Heels have 12 known commitments, according to scout.com. ( - scroll to bottom) (Raleigh News & Observer)
