NFL vet, Havelock alum Bruce Carter continues annual youth football camp

One of Havelock’s most accomplished football sons, current NFL and former UNC linebacker Bruce Carter, has a tradition of spending a weekend each summer teaching his craft to area youth. Carter, heading into his eighth NFL season as a free agent, is waiting to see where his next destination will be. As for the camp, Carter dances and smiles as much as the kids.
